Shipping Info
AMSER I BOSTIO / DISPATCH TIMES
Orders will be dispatched in 1-3 working days. We aim to post your order as soon as possible.
Orders with standard shipping are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class and usually arrive within 2-4 Working Days after being dispatched (this may be longer due to the ongoing strikes).
If you would like your parcel to be tracked, there is an option at checkout to select Courier (UPS), for a speedier delivery.
Unfortunately delays are out of my control. If you are in a rush to get your order, please do get in touch and I'd be happy to help.
STREICIO / STRIKES
During Royal Mail strike days, there may be significant delays to parcels.
If your order has not been delivered within 14 days of dispatch, please get in touch.
Alternatively select Courier (UPS) at checkout. This is a tracked service that is unaffected by the strikes, therefore arriving sooner.
POSTIO DRAMOR / INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
I do not offer international shipping automatically at checkout but if you would like an order shipped internationally, do get in touch and I can give you a quote of the shipping cost then we can arrange payment via online banking.
Orders from outside of the UK (including EU) may be subject to customs fees at the border. These will vary depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer.
POSTIO AM DDIM / FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping will be automatically applied at the checkout when you spend £60 or more. All orders which qualify for free shipping are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class, and take 1-3 working days to pack and dispatch, in addition to shipping times. You can select Courier (UPS) at checkout if you would prefer, though you will be charged.
ANRHEGION / GIFTS
I'm more than happy to post directly to your friends or family. Please write their address as the delivery address, and yours as the billing address. If you're paying through Paypal, it skips the option to leave a note at checkout so please do get in touch by e-mail if you'd like to add a gift message. You can also now add gift wrapping to your order at checkout and leave a gift message.
CASGLU / LOCAL PICKUP
If you’re local to Llangefni, Anglesey, you can now choose to collect your item and save on the postage cost. It’s also perfect if you forget someone’s birthday and don’t want to risk waiting on the post. This option doesn’t work with the express checkout, so when you’re ready to pay, click ‘Checkout’ and ‘Pick Up’. It’s as easy as that!
You’ll receive an email when your item is ready to collect, then you can arrange a time with me to pop by. Either send me an email or use this handy form, to arrange a collection time. If you can, please choose a time slot between 10am-5pm Monday to Friday. If this doesn't work for you that's fine, just choose a time slot that does work and if I'm not in, I can give you a door code to get in.
During office hours - When you arrive at the building, press buzzer 1 and I'll come outside to meet you. You're welcome to come in and see the studio if you wish.
