Amdanaf i

Ar y funud 'dw i'n gweithio bob dydd Llun a Mawrth.

Heledd dwi a dwi’n ddarlunydd o Ynys Mon.

Mae gen i stiwdio fach yn Llangefni a gallwch ddod o hyd i mi yno yn pacio archebion, arbrofi gyda chynnyrch newydd ac yn editio ar y cyfrifiadur. Rwyf wrth fy modd yn meddwl am bob manylun bach, i roi’r profiad gorau bosib i chi. Yn aml fe welwch fi’n sgwrsio ar fy stori Instagram lle fyddai'n rhannu tu nol i'r lleni o redeg busnes bach, yn ogystal a normaleiddio siarad am iechyd meddwl.

Mae gennai radd o Brifysgol Caeredin lle wnes i astudio Darlunio. Pan wnes i raddio, doeddwn i’n methu gweld fy hun yn gweithio mewn darlunio felly dechreuais bellhau o’r syniad. Ar ôl llawer o swyddi gwahanol a lot o bendroni a chymorth, penderfynais sefydlu’r cwmni yn 2020 a disgynnais mewn cariad gyda fo.

Ar ol dwy flynedd o weithio i fi fy hun, penderfynais ddatblygu fy sgiliau letterpress, gan fuddsoddi mewn Llythrenwasg fawr. Dwi'n ymarfer a dysgu a bellach yn cynnig y gwasanaeth ar gyfer comisiynau a gwahoddiadau priodas, yn ogystal a gwerthu cynnyrch Letterpress. Watch this space.

Mae fy amser yn cael ei rannu rhwng dylunio a gwerthu cynnyrch drwy fy siop ar-lein, gweithio ar wahoddiadau priodas a gweithio ar gomisiynau.

Dyma chydig o brosiectau 2022 - Cefais weithio gyda Boom Cymru i ddylunio anrhegion selebs y rhaglen deledu 'Iaith ar Daith'. Cafodd pob un gerdd unigryw wedi ei darlunio yn hardd gyda llun o le oedd yn arbennig iddyn nhw. Cefais hefyd weithio gyda Barddas i ddarlunio lluniau llyfr 'Nadolig' gan Mererid Hopwood a Tudur Dylan Jones. Roedd y llyfr wedi gwerthu allan o lawer o siopau cyn y 'dolig. Bues hefyd yn brysur iawn yn gweithio ar wahoddiadau a phethau i'r dydd ar gyfer 15 o briodasau. Hyn i gyd a chreu cynnyrch newydd ar gyfer y siop, a rhedeg busnes tu nol i'r llenni.

I currently work every Monday & Tuesday.

I'm Heledd and I'm an illustrator from Anglesey. I am a fluent Welsh speaker as you've probably guessed!

I have a small studio in Llangefni where you can find me packing orders, experimenting with new products and working away editing on Photoshop. I put a lot of thought into the smallest details. You will often see me chatting on my Instagram stories where I share behind the scenes of running a small business, and normalise talking about mental health.

I have a degree from the University of Edinburgh where I studied Illustration. When I graduated, I just couldn't see myself in a typical illustration job, so I started to think it wasn't for me. After lots of odd jobs and soul searching, I finally set up my own business in 2020 and I fell in love with it.

After two years of working for myself, I decided to learn letterpress and I invested in an old Arab Crown Folio printing press. I'm still learning and practicing but by now I offer the service for commissions and wedding stationery, as well as selling beautiful Letterpress paper goods.

My time is shared between designing and selling products for my online shop, designing wedding stationery and general commissions.

Here are some of my 2022 projects - I worked with Boom Cymru to create gifts for the celebrities featured on Iaith ar Daith. They each received a Welsh illustrated poem featuring a place that was dear to them. I worked with the Welsh publisher Barddas to illustrate a book of Welsh Christmas poems called 'Nadolig'. The book had sold out of many shops before Christmas. I also had the pleasure of designing wedding stationery for 15 weddings. As well as this, creating new products and running a business behind the scenes.
